By creating an account or using Yenifa Inbox, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Inbox is used through an organization - see section 4 below for what that means for team access.
You may not use the platform to harass anyone, misrepresent your identity, or extract data about other users beyond what your organization's own access to its conversations and contacts provides.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Inbox is billed as a recurring subscription, processed by Paystack. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access to connected WhatsApp numbers ends when your subscription is no longer active, though your conversation and pipeline data is retained if you resubscribe.
Inbox connects a WhatsApp number the same way linking WhatsApp Web does, not through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. This is not an officially sanctioned integration method. WhatsApp's own systems may restrict, rate-limit, or ban a number based on its behavior (message volume, patterns, and recipient reports), regardless of Inbox's own safeguards. You are responsible for how your organization uses a connected number, and Yenifa is not liable for any action WhatsApp takes against it.
Inbox is used by organizations, not individual accounts alone. If you're an organization's owner, you're responsible for who you invite and what access you grant them. Team members you invite can see the WhatsApp conversations, leads, and customer data associated with your organization's connected numbers.
You may not use Inbox - including its automation, sequence, or tagging features - to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to people who haven't consented to be contacted by your organization. Doing so is both a violation of these terms and likely to result in WhatsApp restricting the number involved.
Yenifa and its logos, product names, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Using the platform doesn't transfer any ownership of that intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of the content you add - your conversations, leads, and account information.
Yenifa is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversation, automation, or sequence will lead to a particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yenifa and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost business, lost data, or a WhatsApp number being restricted or banned.
You agree to indemnify and hold Yenifa harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Yenifa after a change means you accept the updated terms.
